OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

•  HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins on August 3, 2008 and ends on August 20, 2008 (the "Contest Period"). To enter for a chance to qualify and win the Grand Prize, be the ninth caller at the sound of the cue. Limit: One (1) entry per person per day.

•  GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. The Grand Prize consists of an invitation for the winner and one (1) friend to attend the Exclusive MEGA KEG Event in Toronto, Ontario on September 20 th , 2008 (the "Event"). Specifically, the Prize includes: (i) two (2) round trip economy class airline tickets departing from the closest major domestic airport to the winner's residence and onward to Toronto, Ontario on September 19 th , 2008 and returning on September 21 st , 2008 for the winner and one (1) guest (the "Trip"); (ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (double occupancy); (iii) two (2) passes to the Event; and (iv) return ground transportation between the hotel and the Event. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary departing from the same departure point on the dates required or the Prize will be forfeited. Winner and his/her guest are responsible for obtaining the required travel documentation. All travel reservations, accommodations and scheduled Event must be booked through Sponsor or its agent. Once itinerary has been finalized between winner and Sponsor; no changes can be made unless approved by Sponsor. Winner and guest will be required to follow all directions of Sponsor and/or the Event organizers; failure to do so may result in termination of their participation, or continued participation, in the Prize and/or Event. Approximate value: $3000.00 CAD.

•  CALL-IN TO WIN:   If you are the ninth caller following the cue to call as described in Rule 1, you are automatically entered into the Grand Prize draw ("Qualifier"). Odds of becoming a Qualifier will depend upon the entrant's success at reaching the radio station and the number of entrants attempting to call in.

•  GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: On or about August 25, 2008, a random draw will be conducted from the total eligible Qualifiers. The selected Qualifier will be notified by phone. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within two (2) business days, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate entrant. Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mathematical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by phone. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Qualifiers.

•  ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, you must be a resident of British Columbia and of the legal drinking age in the province/territory in which you entered the Contest. You are not eligible if you are: a) an employee of Molson Canada 2005, 98.3 CIFM (collectively, the "Sponsors"), their respective affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, contest judging organization, any participating stores or the prize suppliers; b) an employee or contractor of a provincial liquor authority, a beer distribution company or a participating licensed establishment, or, in the case of residents of British Columbia, any provincial liquor authority or liquor licensee authorized by it; or c) a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of the above persons.

•  RELEASES, ETC.: Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant may be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a Release of Liability, releasing Molson Canada 2005, 98.3 CIFM, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, contest judging organization, provincial liquor authorities, beer distribution companies, parent companies and affiliates of the foregoing and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees") from any liability in connection with this Contest or the Prize. Declaration and Release documents must be returned within the time period indicated in the documents or the Prize will be forfeited. Winner's guest must also sign and return a Declaration and Release of Liability form prior to travel and name of guest cannot be changed once the Declaration and Release of Liability form has been received by Sponsors or their agent.

•  PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest. By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the collection use and disclosure to the public of their name, address (city, province/territory), voice, statements and photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any media or formats, including but not limited to the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent.

•  MISCELLANEOUS: Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification from this Contest and any future contest or other promotion conducted by Sponsors . Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at Sponsors' sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a Prize of equivalent monetary value if a Prize, or any part of a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Sponsors will not be responsible, however, if weather conditions, Event cancellations, or other factors beyond Sponsors' reasonable control prevent prizes from being fulfilled. In any such event, a winner will not be provided with a substitute Prize or cash equivalent. Prizes will only be released to the verified winners. All decisions of Sponsors, or any contest judging organization designated by Sponsors, are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Sponsors and other Releasees will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected or late entries, which will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants.

•  RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR AMEND: Sponsors reserve the right to terminate or amend this Contest at any time and without prior notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.  

LIQUOR AUTHORITIES: The provincial liquor authorities are not connected with this Contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way whatsoever with regard to any matter relating to this Contest.
